Inspiring your teams
Inspiration may be achieved through many things; but quite often it comes from people who are natural leaders and whom have in their own right have achieved great things. Applause conferences has its won inspirational leader in Tim Stimpson who has achieved many things including playing rugby for England as well as for The British and Irish Lions.
Tim and our speakers all talk about their Self-esteem, what inspired them to fight on, and to show leadership in times of adversity. They also talk about the need to continually reset goals and re prioritising what is important and the hierarchal of needs; and first you need to understand what makes all your team members tick, and to build trust through communication.
There are also many great stories and insights shared about so many of the greats of the game, whom Tim has played with over the years including Martin Johnson.
